Realtor Brochures: Job includes basic field measure the existing house and then draft up a "brochure" for the client to see the layouts of the house. This helps wasting time visiting houses with a realtor if the floor plan will not work for the client. It's hard to tell what a house really looks and feels like form a few photos. Great for posting on web sites.
These plans can be modified to add as much or as little information as the client needs. Any edge to help sell the house. These can be set up to print on 8 1/2 x 11 sheets for easy hand-outs.
