We are a small residential drafting firm dedicated to quality in the production of accurate construction drawings. We are familiar with the ICC codes from 2000 to 2009. We have experience in mulitiple states from Maine to North Carolina.
Presently, located in Vermont to serve all our clients throught the Northeastern United States. These days it is easy to communicate and pass drawings & sketches by emails or fax to anywhere in the world, opening the door to a wider range of clients.

About Us
Unlike some other drafting firms, I have worked in the field framing houses and hanging drywall, getting a hands on approach to building and "real" construction problems. Our drawings are very detail oriented and clear, taking the guess work out of the carpenter's hands.
Services Offered
Our clients include builders, home owners and Architects. We can design houses from napkin sketches or transfer renderings into working drawings. All of our projects are drafted in Autocad, but we can also make corrections/changes to hand drawn plans. No job is too small, from adding a room to your house to an 8,000 square foot estate.
c. As Built - measuring and drafting existing houses for future additions or renovations.
a. Design - producing ideas for new houses, additions, or renovations.
b. Drafting - producing full construction drawings in CADD.
e. Code Updates - Updating your plans to the current ICC and local codes.
d. Maintenance on existing plans - making changes to existing hand drawn or CADD plans.
